Chicken breast on a bed of salad and sliced lemon, Topside beef with horseradish and flowered springs, Roast ham with pinapple rings and cherry tomatoes, Turkey saddle with cranberry and stuffing balls, Succulent tender minted lamb.

Fresh mixed salad consisting of:-

Cherry tomatoes, feta, diced spring onions, cucumber and fresh rocket.

Whole dressed salmon with cascading prawns served on a bed of fresh rocket.

King prawn ring served with Marie Rose sauce and sliced lemon.

Paté-de-champagne and toasted bread.

Freshly baked bread roll selection (Granary,Wholemeal,White) accompanied with creamy Irish butter.

Baby new potatoes and mixed herbs.

Mixed rice with colourful pepper ring slices.

Tortilla crisps and salsa dip.

Home-made sausage rolls.

Pork pies with Branston and/or apple sauce.

Waldorf salad.

Cheese board comprising an extensive range of fine cheeses decorated with celery, apple and seedless grapes served with mixed crackers.

Selection of fine gateaux from our dessert list with fresh cream
